Refund policy

At VOLTIX, your satisfaction is important to us.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Due to hygiene reasons, used items cannot be returned, unless defective or damaged.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.
